This is a brief description of our policy

• No guests are allowed. This a  place for rehearsing and not a party hangout.
  
• RESPECT THE PROPERTY! CLEAN UP YOUR TRASH AND OTHER ITEMS SUCH AS BEER BOTTLES, STICKS, STRINGS, AND CIGARETTE BUTTS!
• NO GRAFITTI OR VANDALIZING -$50 per sq.ft removal charge
• Pay your rent on time. (5 day grace period + a 5% LATE fee applies.) Any account over 10 days is reffered to rent courts.
• Be courteous to other people.
• There is a NO GUEST POLICY!
• No vehicles to be left on lot over 24 hours. Your vehicle WILL be towed without notice!
• Security deposit equal to 1 months rent required
